Palate: Light- to medium-bodied with crisp acidity. Flavors echo the nose: green apple, pear, and ripe quince lead, while citrus peel and a whisper of honey add roundness. The wine’s minerality and clean finish keep it fresh and lively, with a short to medium-length finish that leaves a pleasant citrus-tinged aftertaste.
