Who We Are
Perfect Pairing began as a simple idea I had while I was going to wine tasting and reading about wine. I’ve always been interested and eager to know more about wine. Four years ago, I began to expand my education on wine. In 2022, I took my love and passion to the next level when I enrolled into The Court of Master Sommelier America, where I currently study to become a Certified Sommelier. In the past, when I would drink wine I would often pair them with cheese, the Perfect Pairing.
With Twenty years of experience in the restaurant business I knew I was ready to build something of my own. In efforts to make my dream a reality, I start studying to become a certified Cheese Monger from England. ( Exam is on hold).
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step and I am proud that I took the first one.
Suddenly, you just know it is time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.
