CERES stands for the Roman goddess of agriculture and fertility. This wine comes from an organic and biodyamic vineyard. It has no added sulfur and is certified organic. A fruity wine with floral notes on the nose and palate. Supple tannins with a fresh, chalky structure and good acidity on the long finish.
